This summer pastaRAMEN will bring its dining experience to the private omakase room at Kissaki in Water Mill from Monday, June 26 through Monday, August 28.
The speakeasy-style experience from Montclair Hospitality Group has had sold out dinners in Seattle, Jersey City, Miami, and Los Angeles. Those pop-up dinners were so successful that pastaRAMEN opened its first permanent restaurant location earlier this year in Montclair, NJ, which is sold out through July.
pastaRAMEN’s James Beard Nominated Executive Chef Robbie Felice is known for his Wafu (Japanese Inspired) Italian and will serve up an 8 course, $250 per person dinner with dishes like Truffle Porcini Ramen, Mochi Ramen and Kaluga Caviar and in-house dry-aged Japanese A5 Wagyu.
12-person seatings will be offered on Sunday and Monday nights at 6 and 8:30 PM. Wine and sake pairings will also be available for an added cost. Reservations will be offered via Resy beginning at 10 AM on Monday, May 22 and more information can be found by visiting pastaramen.com.
Miami’s organic hotspot Lilikoi will also open at Kissaki in Water Mill beginning mid-June. Lilikoi comes from Chef and Owner Manuel Torterola and will offer breakfast and lunch during the day from 8 AM to 3 PM, Wednesday to Sunday, before Kissaki opens for dinner service at night. The location will serve organic, seasonal dishes with a Hawaiian touch. Lilikoi also offers acai bowls, juices, and smoothies with dining offered al-fresco when the weather permits.
