The Arts Center At Duck Creek Presents Zoe Obadia Trio

The Arts Center at Duck Creek presents Zoe Obadia Trio on Saturday, September 20, at 5 PM as part of its 2025 New Music Series, curated by Peter Watrous.

Join for an evening of dynamic, contemporary jazz with the Zoe Obadia Trio, featuring Zoe Obadia on Alto Saxophone, Felix Moseholm on Bass, and Eliza Salem on Drums.

Zoe Obadia is a saxophonist, composer, and educator based in New York City. Originally from New Jersey, she began playing saxophone at the age of nine and quickly became immersed in a thriving community of jazz musicians and mentors. A graduate of The Juilliard School, Zoe studied under notable artists including Ron Blake, Kenny Washington, and Dan Block.

She has since performed widely as both a leader and sideperson at venues such as Dizzy’s, Close Up, Birdland, and more. Zoe appears on Dabin Ryu’s debut album “Wall” and Thembi Dunjana’s “God Bless Ikapa, God Bless Mantsi,” and maintains a private teaching studio in New York City.

This program is free and open to the public. Concert audience members are encouraged to bring a beach chair and a picnic. Space and parking are limited, so arrive early.
