The Halyard, the waterfront dining destination at Sound View Greenport, has launched an all-new weekend brunch.
Brunch is offered on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 AM to 3 PM. Pricing is set at $55 for adults ($45 for Sound View Greenport guests) and $25 for children, which includes a dedicated kids’ menu. Every booking begins with a curated continental breakfast buffet featuring house-baked pastries, bagels, seasonal fruit, artisanal charcuterie, parfaits, and local preserves, alongside freshly brewed coffee, tea, and a morning mimosa.
Guests then choose from an array of signature main entrees, with highlights including pork belly Benedict, chai French toast, rigatoni carbonara, and a lobster roll.
