Over 300 guests raised about $80,000 for breast cancer patients and research at the The North Fork Breast Health Coalition’s Pink Pearl Gala. The event was held on April 8 at East Wind Long Island in Wading River.
During this year’s gala, the North Fork Breast Health Coalition honored the Peconic River Sportsman’s Club with the Community Spirit Award. Keri Lynn Stromski of Jamesport, who valiantly fought Stage IV breast cancer, received the inaugural Medal of Honor posthumously.
