LUMBER+Salt, the acclaimed antique salvage store located on the North Fork, is hosting the quite luxury apparel brand, thesalting, in their Barn Studio located at 1291 Main Road, in Jamesport.
Showing is thesalting’s Summer 2023 Collection which takes inspiration from some of the North East’s most iconic summer destinations, ranging from Nantucket to the North Fork. The collection mixes stripes with the seasonal color combination of washed red and aqua. Designed with a light touch, the collection is meant to wear every day as you chase the sun.
In addition to thesalting’s summer collection, LUMBER+Salt has curated a selection of reclaimed vintage and antique items for sale specifically for the residency. While artist Julie Murphy Bowers has also created an exclusive collection of artwork inspired by this thesalting’s summer’s collection entitled, “Follow the Sun,” and Sasha Samuel has designed a unisex line of jewelry that is only available in the Barn Studio during the summer.
The residency will be held through August 8.
