Topping Rose House in Bridgehampton will launch its exclusive Fitness Programming on Memorial Day Weekend. The award winning, luxury hotel is home to the 5 Star restaurant Jean-Georges and renowned dermatologist Dr. Dennis Gross.
The Topping Rose House Fitness Program is a well rounded experience that goes beyond a workout class. The program is designed to offer various types of workouts, along with optional spa treatments, healthy dining, and multiple other activities all within one picturesque location. This all-in-one concept allows Hamptonites to take a barre or boxing class, stay for a yoga or stretch class, freshen up in the locker room, go to brunch in the restaurant, lounge with cocktails by the pool, visit the spa, and perhaps stay for dinner. It’s one stop for a full day of fun and self care.
The MDW Festivities start on Friday, May 28, and will include top fitness brands such as P.volve, the ness, Just Like Om, Mivana Move, and more. Daily offerings include barre sculpt, cardio boxing, strength and resistance training, yoga, trampoline, bootcamp, and restorative stretch. The extensive selection process of the fitness team ensures guests and members receive the same superior standard of excellence they expect from Topping Rose House. Pop up classes can also be expected from other big name fitness brands throughout the summer.
Wellness activations and giveaways from premium brands like Sakara Life, Carbon 38, Hamptons Coffee Co, Daily Dose and more will take place between classes, extending another opportunity to spread the wealth of health. In addition to the morning fitness classes, wellness activations, and giveaways, there will be a shopping event by Montserrat NYC and music by Dj Twilo.
Reservations are required and can be made via the Topping Rose House website or the Mindbody app.
