On Sunday, October 10, the Amagansett Fire Department hosted the annual “Tyler Valcich Memorial Classic Car Show.” Parents Mitchell “Mickey” Valcich and Valinda Valcich hold the event each year in memory of their son Tyler.
Featured was Tyler’s treasure, his 1969 1/2 Dodge Super Bee, that took him four years to rebuild with authentic factory parts.
The event was held to raise funds for Tyler Project, which aims to “increase and improve coordination of mental health services and stop cyber bullying for students, young adults and families in local communities.” For more information, visit www.tylerproject.org.
