Aldo’s Coffee Company, a staple café, bakery, and gelateria located in the heart of Greenport, has launched its newest creation: Almond Lavender Biscotti. This unique treat is a special collaboration with Lavender By the Bay, a local lavender farm.
“Aldo’s Coffee Company and Lavender by the Bay share a rich, storied history that began long before we joined the scene. It’s an honor to carry this torch forward, and we’ve been passionately crafting something truly exceptional over the past few months. The culmination of our efforts has resulted in a creation we’re thrilled to unveil. We can’t wait for everyone to enjoy our exciting new blend!” said Josh, Aldo’s owner.
The Almond Lavender Biscotti combines almonds with the delicate, floral notes of lavender. By partnering with Lavender By the Bay, Aldo’s Coffee ensures that only the finest, locally sourced lavender is used in their handcrafted biscotti.
“We are thrilled to be partnering with Aldo’s Coffee, a staple of the North Fork that has been serving the finest coffee and baked goods for over 30 years. When Josh reached out to us about combining biscotti and lavender, we knew it was going to be a hit! We are excited to be offering this delicious treat,” said Chanan Rozenbaum, Lavender By The Bay co-owner.
The new Lavender Biscotti is now available at Aldo’s café in Greenport and Lavender By the Bay’s two locations in Calverton and East Marion.
