Almond Flour Banana & Blueberry Tart

Ingredients

1/3 tsp Sea Salt

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/2 egg

1/4 tsp honey (or agave)

1 Tbsp coconut oil

1 c almond flour

1 banana

Pinch of cinnamon

1/4 c blueberries

1/4 c dried pumpkin seeds

1/4 c dark chocolate chips

Directions

Mix together the almond flour, baking soda, egg, honey, coconut oil, and sea salt to form a ball of dough. Create a crust in a baking dish. Slice the bananas and place in the crust. Add blueberries on top of the bananas. Add dried pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, and chocolate chips.

Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
