Almond in Bridgehampton is continuing its 25th anniversary celebration with a special collaboration with Kidd Squid Brewing Co. to offer a 25-ingredient fruited pale ale. The exterior of the can features artwork by chef and owner Jason Weiner’s wife, artist Almond Zigmund.
The ingredient list, highlighting a variety of local and Long Island farm produce, includes rhubarb from Stone’s Throw Farm in Sagaponack, apple from Milk Pail in Bridgehampton, rosemary from Balsam Farms in Amagansett, raw spring wheat from Amber Waves Farm in Amagansett, and many others.
