Almond Restaurant in Bridgehampton will hold a special collaboration dinner on Thursday, November 16, at 7 PM, with The Foodlab at Stony Brook University.
Acclaimed author Sylvie Bigar will share excerpts from best seller “Cassoulet Confessions: Food, France, Family and the Stew That Saved My Soul” while Chef Jason Weiner prepares a three-course meal centered around cassoulet. The meal will be paired with this year’s Beaujolais Nouveau.
