Art of Eating’s homemade potato chips are now available online and at local farm stands. The high-end chips are made from local potatoes, cooked in small batches locally in Bridgehampton, drained, dried, and dusted with sea salt.
Hampton residents have been snatching up the chips from local farm stands. The potato chips are available for $50 per pound and in gift-size bags, which cost $12 for 3.75 oz.
A trio of chips includes the classic, garlic and parsley, and sweet potato. All are available at local farm stands and markets, including Amber Waves Farms, Balsam Farms, The Milk Pail, and Farm and Forage.
The chips will also be available for the holiday season and are offered in the trio package, one of each, or mix and match. The cost is $35 for “The Trio” and $69 for “The Six Pack” and can be purchased by visiting hamptonsartofeating.com.
