Balanced Being Retreat, hosted by movement and fitness specialist Kiki Hajek, will be held at Seven on Shelter Island, October 20 to 23.

The retreat offers a path to conscious alignment with your body, mind, and spirit through fitness, nutrition, and mindset. Immerse yourself in a three-day wellness experience to rejuvenate physically, mentally, and energetically.

The retreat features movement classes like pilates, full body sculpt, stretch & balance, among others. Mindfulness workshops aim to reset and recharge your mind with mindful activities to reconnect, inspire, and empower.

Chef Carol Galanty, who specializes in locally sourced, plant-based cuisine, will offer nourishing meals that fuel and nourish your body with plant-based foods. Guests will learn how to integrate healthy vegan meal alternatives to their daily lifestyle.

Host Kiki Hajek is a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and health & wellness coach. Since childhood, sport has played an essential part in her life. Her passion for tennis shaped her to become a professional tennis player and later helped her to study and play in the USA at the collegiate level. Majoring in exercise science and physiology, her journey continues to develop as a health specialist, coach, and fitness trainer. Hajek created the Balanced Being Method, which offers a path to conscious alignment with the body, mind, and spirit through fitness, nutrition, and mindset. She helps her clients to thrive physically, mentally, and energetically.
