With parades and fundraisers held throughout the East End, here are a few ways to celebrate Saint Patrick’s Day this year.
Westhampton Beach
The Westhampton Beach St. Patrick’s Day parade will be held on Saturday, March 15. Steve Frano will be the 57th Grand Marshal of the 2025 parade. He is a lifelong Westhampton Beach resident, a 50-year member of the Westhampton Beach Fire Department, and the former chief of the Fire Department. The parade will be held at noon.
The parade’s fundraiser that was set for Saturday, March 8, has been rescheduled for Saturday, March 29, from 7 to 11 PM at Westhampton Beach Brewing Company. There will be live music by The Church Lane Rockers. visit whbstpats.com/fundraiser.
Jamesport
The 2025 Jamesport St. Patrick’s Day Parade will be held on Saturday, March 15, at 1 PM. It will take place on Main Road in Jamesport, beginning at Washington Ave.
Hampton Bays
The Hampton Bays Hibernians presents the 18th Annual Hampton Bays St. Patrick’s Day Parade, scheduled for Saturday, March 22. After a brief hiatus in 2024, this cherished community event is set to come back bigger and better, celebrating Irish heritage and bringing together residents and visitors for a day of festivity and unity.
This year, the parade committee named Joe Fellingham the Grand Marshal. Fellingham’s longstanding dedication to the Hampton Bays community through his service and volunteerism makes him a fitting choice to lead the parade and embody its spirit of service and camaraderie.
“We are thrilled to bring the Hampton Bays St. Patrick’s Day Parade back to the community,” said Peter Feeney, a committee member. “After taking a year off, it’s especially exciting to welcome everyone back to celebrate this beloved tradition. We can’t wait to see the streets filled with smiles, laughter, and the vibrant spirit that makes this parade so special.”
The parade will commence at 11 AM, starting from the Hampton Bays Elementary School and proceeding along Montauk Highway.
Amagansett
Montauk
The 63rd Annual Montauk Friends of Erin St. Patrick’s Day Parade will be held on Sunday, March 30, from noon to 2 PM. The parade starts on Edgemere Street by the Montauk Fire Department and continues on Main Street, with an estimated 40,000 spectators and supporters. This year’s parade honors Grand Marshall Joe Bloecker.
The Grand Marshal’s Luncheon, held on Friday, March 28, at noon, is in honor of the Grand Marshal. Luncheon tickets are available by calling 631-235-3991 or 631-848-2368.
