Cocktail Recipe: Romeo’s Pistachio Mai Tai

At Romeo’s, on St. Mark’s in New York City’s East Village, owner Evan Hawkins has created a bright green, velvety smooth mai tai variation with a burst of pistachio flavor. The cocktail has a rich pistachio texture and is decadent to drink.

Romeo’s Pistachio Mai Tai

●  1 oz Dark Rum 

●  1 oz Amber Rum 

●  .5 oz Dry Curacao 

●  1.25 oz Pistachio Orgeat

Glassware: Footed Pils

Ice: Pebble

Garnish: Custom Chocolate Coin and Mint Bouquet
