On March 8, Douglas Elliman announced the winners of the 2023 Ellie Awards, which honor their top performing agents throughout the nation for 2022. Top performers from the Hamptons, including Bridgehampton, East Hampton, Hampton Bays, Montauk, Quogue, Sag Harbor, Southampton, and Westhampton Beach, and from North Fork offices including Cutchogue, Greenport, and Mattituck, were among the honorees of this year’s awards.

In the Hamptons, the Top Individual prize based on Gross Commission Income (GCI) was awarded to Erica Grossman (#1) from the Southampton office. The prestigious Pinnacle Club Award winners from the Hamptons and North Fork, presented to agents and teams who made over $1 million in 2022, included The Atlantic Team, Scott Bennett, Paul Brennan, Thomas Cavallo, Erica Grossman, Martha Gundersen, The Enzo Morabito Team, Kristy Naddell, and The Tunick Team.
The National Award, presented to the top 25 individuals and teams (by size) by GCI for the entire company nationwide, went to Erica Grossman (#8 Individual), Thomas Cavallo (#19 Individual), The Eklund Gomes Team (#1 Mega Team), The Michael Lorber Team (#6 Large Team), and Mackay Dixon Team (#16 Medium Team).
