The Bell & Anchor in Sag Harbor is offering Easter Specials on Sunday, April 4, in celebration of the holiday. The restaurant will be open for brunch only from 11:30 AM to 3 PM, there will be no dinner service on Easter Sunday. The a la carte specials and regular dinner menu will be available for takeout and pre-orders must be done by Saturday, April 3. Pickups will take place on Sunday, April 4, from 11:30 AM to 5 PM. Elaia Estiatorio in Bridgehampton is offering up an authentic Greek Easter special menu from Friday, April 2 to Sunday, April 4. The specials, available a la carte or as pre-fixe at $79 per person, includes traditional Greek seafood dishes like grilled sardines, Greek-style baked red snapper, and a rhubarb-vanilla pie for dessert. Highway Restaurant & Bar

Highway Restaurant & Bar, the beloved New American neighborhood restaurant in East Hampton, will be open for brunch on Sunday, April 4 from 11 AM to 2 PM. The restaurant will be serving up a special a la carte brunch menu, including highlights like the frittata with asparagus, mushrooms and goat cheese, French toast with berries and maple syrup and of course a classic cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and fries. Union Sushi & Steak will be open for Easter. Co-located with Union Burger Bar in the historic Bowden Square property, the year-round restaurant fuses the energy of a supper club from the days of old with a modern ambiance. Union Burger Bar

Enjoy a casual Easter dinner at Southampton’s Union Burger Bar. The dining hotspot went through massive renovations and has moved up to the main restaurant and bar, making way for the new Union Sushi & Steak which is now open as well in Union Burger Bar’s former location.

The Coop

This Easter, the chicken will come before the egg at The Coop. The owners of Southampton Social Club, Union Burger Bar, and Union Sushi & Steak are bringing a new concept to Southampton that has never been done before on the East End — opening Southampton’s first ghost kitchen called The Coop.

The Coop is operating out of Southampton Social Club. The ghost kitchen concept enables customers to order delivery as well as offer curbside pick-up for guests who order through the website or over the phone. 1770 House Restaurant & Inn

The 1770 House Restaurant & Inn in East Hampton presents Easter dining three ways by Chef Michael Rozzi with an Easter Dinner To Go Kit with cooking directions, a dine-in two-course $55 prix fixe menu, and a take-out a la carte menu.

For home celebrations, Chef Rozzi will create an Easter To Go Kit serving four to six adults for $400. Orders are required by Thursday, April 1, for pick up Saturday, April 3, from 2 to 4 PM.

Main course options — trimmed, tied, and ready-to-cook roasts with instructions — are pastured Oregon beef tenderloin with mushroom and red wine jus or free-range Australian leg of lamb with roasted garlic and Dijon.

Both mains come with three cooked sides, ready to reheat, including roasted asparagus mimosa with tarragon-caper-egg dressing; snap pea, baby carrot and artichoke fricassee; and truffled potato gratin with caramelized onions.

Dessert choices are The 1770 House signature warm date cake with sticky toffee sauce and vanilla gelato or chocolate snuffle cake with pineapple, coconut, rum caramel, and vanilla gelato. House favorite caramel popcorn is an added treat with each order.

Enhancements to start the dinner are available including Thomas Keller’s Regiis Ova 4-ounce Caviar Supreme Kit with crème fraiche and blini for $350; 36 piece poached shrimp platter with horseradish cocktail sauce and lemon for $100; and spring pea soup with cornbread crumbs and paprika oil, two quarts for $30.

Chef Rozzi’s menu may also be enjoyed with selections from the Wine Spectator award winning wine list overseen by Wine Director Michael Cohen.

For those wanting to dine at The 1770 House on Easter Sunday, Chef Rozzi will present a $55 two-course seasonal menu including traditional Easter favorites in the dining room and Tavern from 4:30 PM.

Nick & Toni’s

Nick & Toni’s in East Hampton will be offering a special brunch and dinner prix fixe in honor of Easter, on April 4. The three-course brunch prix fixe is $75, while the three-course dinner prix fixe is $95. A kid’s menu prix fixe is also available for $24. There is also a separate dessert menu. L&W Market

L & W Market offers an Easter Menu to go. All orders must be placed by Thursday, April 1 at noon. Pick up times will be on Saturday, April 3, from 3 to 5 PM or Sunday, April 4 from 11 AM to 1 PM. The menu includes a charcuterie board, shrimp cocktail, deviled eggs, honey mustard glazed ham, Marilee’s rosemary roasted purple potatoes, Balsam sweet potatoes yakatori, carrot cake, and more.

Lulu Kitchen & Bar in Sag Harbor will offer specials for Easter. Pick up on Easter Sunday will be offered between noon and 8 PM. As well a special entrée will be available for dine in on Easter Sunday. Lulu Kitchen will be open Easter Sunday all day from 11:30 AM to 8 PM.

Easter dinner for two, available on April 4, is $185. Menu items include a roasted leg of lamb, woodfire roasted baby carrot salad, and French macarons and cookies.
