This summer, Gurney’s Montauk Resort & Seawater Spa has chosen Château d’Esclans, the winery behind rosés including Whispering Angel and Garrus, to help bring the magic of Provence to Montauk through a series of wine pairing dinners and exclusive beach-side bonfires hosted at the resort.
The program will celebrate the best of summer flavors, spotlighting locally-sourced provisions paired alongside Château d’Esclans’ portfolio of rosés in a gorgeous seaside setting.
The dinner series will feature a seasonally-driven five course tasting menu, crafted by Gurney’s Montauk Executive Chef Christopher Watts, paired with each of Château d’Esclans’ award-winning wines. The evening will culminate with a special beach-side bonfire for dinner guests.
Dinners will take place on June 30, July 21, and September 1, and tickets are available for purchase via Open Table for $275 per person.
