Gurney’s Montauk Resort & Seawater Spa Showcases Year-Round Wellness Offerings, Anchored By Seawater Spa

offers year-round spa and wellness programming.

As Gurney’s Montauk Resort & Seawater Spa approaches its 100th anniversary in 2026, the property celebrates a legacy rooted in seaside renewal. From ocean-fed thalassotherapy and immersive wellness workshops to accessible spa programming and upcoming beauty and fitness launches, the resort’s Seawater Spa serves as the cornerstone of its four-season hospitality approach.

This season, programming and experiences include $150 Seawater Spa Day Passes. Both resort guests and day visitors can enjoy the spa’s renowned amenities year-round. Pass holders receive access to the indoor ocean-fed seawater pool, saunas, steam rooms, and relaxation lounges.

Enjoy the spa’s new VOYA Thalassotherapy Treatments. Further elevating the spa’s marine-based approach, the Seawater Spa introduces new VOYA Thalassotherapy Journeys that harness the restorative properties of sea minerals, seaweed, and salt. The Sea & Salt Journey (90 or 120 minutes) is a revitalizing ritual featuring a VOYA seaweed and salt body polish, a calming scalp massage, and full-body hydration. The Sea & Sun Journey (90 or 120 minutes) offers a more immersive experience, including a foot cleanse, a seaweed scrub, a warm, spiced mud bath and wrap, a facial massage, a scalp treatment, and a hydrating body application.

The POLY Red Light Therapy add-on is a 15-minute, non-invasive enhancement for any facial treatment, designed to support skin renewal and restoration. Using targeted therapeutic red light, it stimulates collagen and elastin production, reduces inflammation, promotes cellular repair, and calms the skin after exfoliation or active treatments.

For wellness programming, Gurney’s Montauk continues to expand its calendar of spa- and wellness-led programming during the shoulder season, offering guests enriching experiences that complement treatments. From guided workshops and restorative sessions to seasonal activations focused on mindfulness, movement, and personal resilience, the resort provides meaningful ways to engage with wellness beyond the treatment room. Highlights include expert-led workshops in early 2026 featuring wellness educators Peter Kofitsas and Amy Duryea, with sessions focused on stress management, mindful living, emotional awareness, and sustainable personal growth — designed to help guests reset and recharge as seasons shift.
