During this guided class, you’ll taste through five of our sparkling wines—including Sparkling Pinot Blanc, Sparkling La Crescent, Sparkling Rosé, our Sparkling Reserve aged five years on tirage, and Sparkling Golden Muscat. Along the way, we’ll uncover how sparkling wines are made, from the traditional method of bottle fermentation to alternative approaches that create lively, fruit-forward bubbles.

Through side-by-side tasting and conversation, you’ll learn how factors like grape variety, aging, and production method influence aroma, texture, and bubble structure.
