Mirabelle at Three Village Inn has announced the return of Chef Guy’s Annual Pig Roast on Friday, August 9 at 6 p.m. The event showcases a special pig roast menu complete with live music. Cost is $55 for adults and $35 for children ten and under, plus tax and gratuity. Beverages are not included. Suckling pig on the spit

Herb stuffed porchetta

Southern fried chicken, giant pickles

Pulled pork stuffed tomatoes

Apple-miso sauce

BBQ sauce

Shrimp – cocktail sauce – lemons

Garlic-olive oil Finnish potato puree
