Whether you consider yourself a beginner or want to practice your skills, this drawing workshop offers a space to grow creatively. In an intensive 2 hour session, students will explore techniques for drawing from life. Line, value, and gesture will be taught and personal expression encouraged. Students will experiment with a variety of materials including charcoal, colored pencil, and wet media.
Artist and Instructor Andrea Cote has taught Drawing for over 20 years, currently at Suffolk Community College. She inspires students to develop their own voice and style through experimentation while providing a foundation of technique and artistic vocabulary.
