Free Yoga Class With Lois Nesbitt At LTV Studios

Lois Nesbitt, a master yogi and trainer of teachers, offers this free class as part of her TV show, “Yoga Body and Mind.” This event combines movement, in turn rigorous and restorative, and a lecture diving into yoga philosophy and methods. Feel free to join on stage for hands-on demonstration or stay in the shadows and participate in the audience. This not-for-profit public access program & class will be filmed for broadcast on all LTV platforms for the benefit of the local community.
