Pours & Provisions is our take on the classic tasting – slow, thoughtful, and rooted in flavor.

Spend an hour with the Matchbook team tasting your way through a flight of our spirits, paired with a seasonal cheese and meat board. Ask questions. Smell what’s fermenting. Learn how it all comes to life.

It’s not a tour. It’s a conversation with your palate, with the stills, and with the people behind the bottle.
