Kissaki X Fish Cheeks Open In Montauk

Kissaki Owner Garry Kanfer has teamed up with Fish Cheeks owner Jennifer Saesue to open up a quick service pop up at the Montauk Angler’s Club (located at 467 East Lake Drive).

The pop up, aptly dubbed Kissaki x Fish Cheeks is open now through October 31 with a menu featuring seafood focused Thai highlights from Fish Cheeks, Kissaki’s full sushi menu as well as sake, beer, wine and cocktails to go.

Kissaki x Fish Cheeks will showcase some of the most popular dishes from Fish Cheeks and Kissaki in addition to items like calamari, garlic butter shrimp, lobster karee featuring a hard shell lobster stir fried with curry powder, scramble egg, scallion, onion, micro celery and roasted chili jam and Dungeness crab, that can only be found at this location.

Kissaki, a culinary experience honoring the Japanese tradition of Omakase, will offer takeout Omakase sets like Omakase Yon, Omakase Hachi and Omakase Juuni featuring 12 pieces of seasonal nigiri with your choice of a five piece futomaki roll. Includes uni and toro and the set also comes with miso soup and edamame. Kissaki classics inspired by Executive Chef Mark Garcia also include Nigiri served as either two pieces nigiri or sashimi.

Beverages include coconut in a Shell, Thai iced tea and Thai iced coffee.
