@PopUpBagels, a bagel club from Fairfield County, Connecticut, will offer bagels in the Hamptons this summer.
Currently joined with two local Hamptons kitchens, owner Adam Goldberg plans to have epic bagels and schmear packages available by subscription and advance sale only. The bagels are created using a special blend of flours to create a light, crisp bagel.
@PopupBagels sells full dozens complete with weekly schmears that are created with local ingredients and artisan smoked fishes. The bagels will be available in the Hamptons beginning Memorial Day Weekend and customers will pick designated times to help assure the freshest experience.
