Ingredients
1 avocado
2 slices of Uprising Keto-Friendly Bread, toasted
Salt and pepper
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup diced tomato
Instructions
In a small bowl, remove the pit and skin from the avocado and mash. Fold in 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper.
Divide the avocado spread evenly over each slice of bread.
Top with diced red onion and tomato.
Sprinkle with additional pepper to serve.
