North Fork Table & Inn, Michelin-starred Chef John Fraser’s Southold restaurant, is hosting a wine dinner on Thursday, October 26, at 6:30 PM in collaboration with RG|NY, a Riverhead vineyard known for sustainable and innovative wines.
The four-course tasting menu features wine pairings by RG|NY and North Fork Table & Inn’s Beverage Director Amy Racine, with dishes including autumn ratatouille stuffed mushrooms and grilled black Angus short rib in a North Fork bordelaise.
