A spring wine dinner, “Sip, Swirl and Savor: An Exploration of Drouhin Family Wines,” will take place on Thursday, April 9, at 6 PM at La Goulue Sur Mer in Southampton. The dinner benefits the Southampton Fresh Air Home and includes a four-course meal paired with six wines from Drouhin’s Estate Vineyards in Burgundy and Oregon.
Joseph Drouhin is a world-renowned Burgundy producer located in Beaune, France. Founded in 1880, it is still family-operated, and the estate is committed to quality and biodynamic viticulture. Their diverse portfolio ranges from accessible village-level wines to prestigious Premier and Grand Cru bottlings.
In 1987, the family business expanded significantly under Robert Drouhin, establishing Domaine Drouhin in Oregon. There, Drouhin was a pioneer of Burgundy-style winemaking in the United States.
Seating is limited. Tickets can be purchased at sfah.org.
