This year, Little Lucy’s Halloween Pet Parade in Southampton honored Chief Roy Gross and the officers of the Suffolk County SPCA.

Organized by Patricia Hurley, the owner of Little Lucy’s Canine Couture Boutique, the 23rd annual benefit was held on Saturday, October 26, in Agawam Park in Southampton.
