Samuel Havens, the Church’s Workshops & Residency Manager, in-house printmaker, artist, and versatile creator, will lead the first Insight Sunday of the year at The Church in Sag Harbor. Participants can observe his etching process in action.
Join Havens on Sunday, February 15, at noon, as he presents a live demonstration print of his copper etching Dusk Haze. Using a mobile printing press and sharing the process on the big screen, Havens will walk guests through the process step-by-step, illuminating the intricacies of the craft and his unique approach.
Following the demonstration, Havens will field questions from the audience in a Q&A.
