The Classical Theatre of Harlem rang in the holiday season with Harlem Holidays, a one-night-only concert event featuring Tony Award winner Renée Elise Goldsberry, held on Monday, December 15 at the iconic Ginny’s Supper Club at Red Rooster Harlem.

In an intimate setting before a sold-out audience, Goldsberry delivered a moving and joyful performance of holiday favorites, blending classic seasonal standards with her signature warmth, vocal power, and theatrical storytelling. The atmosphere was festive and celebratory, with guests enjoying an open bar throughout the evening in one of Harlem’s most storied cultural venues.

The event brought together artists, supporters, and community members in support of The Classical Theatre of Harlem’s mission-driven work. Proceeds from Harlem Holidays directly benefit CTH’s year-round programming, which nurtures the next generation of artists, expands access to high-quality theater, and reimagines classical works through the lens of the African diaspora.

Hosted in Ginny’s Supper Club, an intimate performance space beneath Red Rooster Harlem, the evening underscored CTH’s deep roots in the neighborhood and its ongoing commitment to creating culturally resonant, community-centered experiences in Harlem.
