Following the successful return this spring of First Fridays, the museum’s series of monthly free evenings, The Frick Collection has announced that Louis Vuitton will underwrite the program for one year, from June 2026 through May 2027, as part of a three-year cultural sponsorship.
Louis Vuitton First Fridays feature free evening admission on the first Friday of each month (excluding January and September), from 5:30 to 9 PM. These events invite guests ages 10 and older to enjoy the galleries and special exhibitions after hours, with programming that includes live music, talks, and art-making activities.
Full-service dining is available at the Frick’s café, Westmoreland, with additional refreshments offered in the central Garden Court and the James S. and Barbara N. Reibel Reception Hall. Online registration is encouraged for these popular evenings, though walk-up visitors are also welcome.
“The success of our recent First Fridays events reflects an ongoing strong public interest in the museum, now a year after our reopening,” said Axel Rüger, the Frick’s Anna-Maria and Stephen Kellen Director. “We have been pleased to once again offer these unique, after-hours experiences in our galleries each month, which expand access to our historic buildings and offer new ways for visitors to explore our collections. We are incredibly grateful to Louis Vuitton for their generous sponsorship of the First Fridays series during the upcoming year.”
