Three Ducks in Westhampton will host a transformative Women’s Retreat in partnership with Hamptons Reiki from Friday, May 15, through Sunday, May 17, offering a thoughtfully curated weekend designed to nourish the mind, body, and spirit in a serene setting.
Blending energy work, intuitive exploration, mindful movement, and meaningful connection, the Women’s Retreat at Three Ducks creates space for clarity, renewal, and personal growth. The immersive experience balances guided programming with intentional downtime, allowing guests to engage at their own pace while stepping away from the demands of everyday life.
The retreat will be led by Marissa Kerwin, Reiki Master Teacher and founder of Hamptons Reiki, who will guide guests through energy healing, intuitive practices, and reflective experiences designed to restore balance and deepen self-awareness.
Joining Kerwin is a collective of experienced facilitators, including Julia Fullerton, an intuitive energy healer and yoga instructor, who will guide morning yoga and movement, focused on restoring balance and clarity.
Deborah Marshall of EarthGoddess, a Certified Crystal Healer and Advanced Crystal Master, will lead the Awakening Intuition & Crystals workshop, helping guests connect with their intuition and the energy of crystals.
Marielle Vivolo of Sanctuary of Sound will lead sound healing sessions, using vibrational therapy to support relaxation and the body’s natural healing process.
Erika Numme Kelso, founder of East End Astrology, will co-facilitate oracle card journaling during the Reiki circle and assist in the closing ceremony, offering intuitive insight and guidance.
Throughout the weekend, guests will experience a range of offerings, including Reiki healing sessions, an Awakening Intuition workshop, guided breathwork, women’s circles, and personal reflection time. Mornings begin with yoga and meditation, followed by nourishing meals and immersive sessions designed to foster connection and self-discovery. The retreat will close with a grounding nature walk and integration experience through The Refuge.
