Village Bistro will open in the location formerly occupied by Rowdy Hall in East Hampton Village this May.
Village Bistro aims to be a year-round hangout for locals and visitors alike. The menu will celebrate bistro classics. Diners can expect items like French onion soup, the Village Burger, steak frites, and daily specials.
“At Village Bistro, the doors don’t close when the summer sun sets. We’re here year-round
whenever you need a place to go, we’re here with the comfort food you crave and the friendly faces you love,” read a statement from the restaurant.
