Amber Waves in Amagansett will host its second annual Amber Waves Oktoberfeast fundraiser for farm education, apprenticeship, community spaces, and its food and flower donation program.
The event will include food, beverage, and corn sack races for children and adults. Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets and chairs to get comfortable on the farm to enjoy a fall afternoon with the community on Saturday, October 21, from 2 to 5 PM. There will be drink and food stations featuring a whole hog and freshly harvested vegetables.
The event will fundraise for Amber Waves, which is a nonprofit organization with a mission to train new farmers, open farm access, offer children’s education, and food security.
General admission is $150 and kids 3 and over are $30. Kids 2 and under are free. Tickets are available here.
