LDV Hospitality’s American Cut in Tribeca brings a taste of the East End to downtown Manhattan with a summer collaboration featuring the iconic LUNCH Lobster Roll of Amagansett.
Now through Labor Day, patrons will see the iconic red, white, and blue LUNCH sign beckoning them into American Cut for a selection of seasonal dishes. The partnership introduces the Hamptons Meal, served from 5 to 7 PM in the American Cut bar, lounge, and outdoor dining area. The curated menu includes two mini lobster sliders, a choice of Caesar salad or truffle fries, and a classic gin or vodka martini, delivering beachside vibes with a Manhattan twist.
In addition, diners in the main dining room will find the full-size famous Lobster Roll — overflowing with sweet claw and knuckle meat — on the menu, allowing guests to enjoy this beloved Hamptons classic in an elevated setting.

This summer in the Hamptons, you can join the collaboration on July 18 or July 19 at 7 PM for an American Cut Dinner Party at Lobster Roll Southampton.
