Bay Street Theater will kick off two consecutive weekends of live stand-up comedy this February, offering local audiences the chance to experience nationally recognized talent. Whether you’re planning a memorable Valentine’s night out or just looking to escape the February chill with a cocktail and a sharp punchline, Bay Street’s upcoming comedy events promise something for everyone.
On Saturday, February 14, at 8 PM, the popular Ha Ha Hamptons Comedy Tour returns with a special Valentine’s Day Edition. Known for its playful “he said, she said” format, the show features four dynamic comics with fresh perspectives on relationships, love, and modern life. Talia Reese, a staple of the NYC stand-up scene and SiriusXM regular, brings a fast-talking, fearless approach to the stage. Rich Walker, voted Long Island’s Favorite Comedian, delivers timeless humor and crowd-friendly charm. Marla Schultz, with credits on E!, SiriusXM, and Oxygen, blends bold confidence with observational bite, while Dan Barry, a favorite at the Long Island Comedy Festival, brings grounded, high-energy storytelling that ties the evening together. Guests are encouraged to make a full night of it with dinner at one of Sag Harbor’s acclaimed local restaurants, or come early and enjoy a drink at Bay Street’s bar before the show.
Then on Saturday, February 21, at 8 PM, Joseph Vecsey’s All Star Comedy returns with a late-night edge. This stand-up showcase, curated by comedian and producer Joseph Vecsey, features a rotating cast of bold, original voices. This month’s lineup includes Ben DeMarco, a Comedy Central, MTV2, and FX alum known for offbeat energy and quick-fire storytelling; Remy Kassimir, a standout from Netflix’s Explained, bringing raw honesty and sharp comedic insight; and Ken Krantz, a regular at Gotham Comedy Club and on SiriusXM, who mixes self-deprecation and rock-and-roll timing into an irresistible style. The night leans more unfiltered, fast-paced, and fearless… ideal for anyone who prefers their comedy bold, fast, and off the leash.
Both shows begin at 8 PM at Bay Street Theater, located on the Long Wharf in Sag Harbor. Tickets are on sale now at www.baystreet.org.
