Beacon In Sag Harbor Reopens For Season

The Beacon, a Sag Harbor summertime mainstay, will open for its 23rd season on Wednesday, May 12. Owners and veteran duo behind the concept, David Loewenberg and Sam McCleland, bring remarkable experience to the waterfront location.

Dinner service will begin at 5:30 PM and new this season will be an intimate downstairs patio to help increase seating and allow for more outdoor dining. Reservations will be available and will accommodate parties up to ten.

A two course minimum at $75 per person will be in place for dine in, while the regular a la carte menu will be available for takeout. This is not a prix fixe menu, but a minimum charge due to less seating.

Menu items include steamed mussels “Beacon style,” pork belly pretzel buns, lobster rigatoni, halibut baked in parchment, and many other favorites.

Reservations can be made by calling the restaurant directly at 631-725-7088 or by visiting The Beacon’s website. Takeout orders can be placed by calling the restaurant directly.
