Here we share a recipe for Bourbon Blueberry Lemonade, featuring Fountain Hard Blueberry.
Ingredients
2 oz bourbon
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
8-10 blueberries
.75 oz Fountain Hard Blueberry
Garnish
Lemon peel & 3 blueberries looped on skewer
Instructions
1. Muddle blueberries and lemon juice in mixing glass.
2. Add bourbon and simple syrup to mixing glass along with 3 to 4 ice cubes.
3. Stir for 15 to 20 seconds — you want roughly .5 oz of water liberated from ice and mixed into drink.
4. Double strain cocktail into double rocks glass with a single ice cube.
5. Top with Fountain Hard Blueberry.
6. Garnish.
