The Corcoran Group celebrated its top agents and teams at the company’s 2024 Awards Ceremony held recently at Cipriani 42nd Street. In front of a packed crowd, Corcoran President and CEO Pamela Liebman applauded the past year’s accomplishments and presented awards to colleagues recognized for exceptional achievements.

Liebman recounted Corcoran Sunshine’s success in marketing eight of the top 10 best-selling new developments in Manhattan in 2023. She also noted the growth of the Corcoran Affiliate Network nationally and overseas expansion into Italy and Canada.

The event kicked off by honoring the legacy of Robby Browne, a beloved and philanthropic Corcoran agent who passed away from Covid-19 in 2020. The Robby Browne Memorial Award distinguishing service to clients and community went to agents John Gasdaska and Jonathan Conlon for their philanthropic efforts.

For the second consecutive year, Cathy Franklin earned recognition as Corcoran’s Top Agent Nationwide. Franklin closed an impressive $465 million in sales during 2023, bringing her two-year volume to over $1 billion. Her notable deals included a $30 million penthouse at 109 East 79th Street and a $25.2 million sale in the same building in March. In August, she sold another penthouse there for $35 million, followed by a $16.5 million townhouse sale on West 74th Street to finish the year.
