Dopo Il Ponte Makes Its Debut

For months East Enders wondered what was going to take over the coveted World Pie space on Main Street in Bridgehampton — and the wait is over!

Maurizio Marfoglia, the restauranteur and chef behind Dopo La Spiaggia in East Hampton and Sag Harbor, and Dopo Argento in Southampton debuted Dopo Il Ponte this week. Unlike its sister restaurants, Il Ponte will serve wood-burning oven pizzas with a variety of other Italian classics that will harken back to a classic New York style pizza haunt.

The familiar interior has been completely redesigned with a new concrete bar that is sure to become a favorite for cocktails après beach while the tried-and-true seating offers a clean layout for friends and families to dine.

The hours currently are set at 5:30 to 10 PM and lunch will be added to the daily line-up soon, according to Dopo HQ.
