Douglas Elliman honored its most productive agents and teams at the 2025 Ellie Awards on March 19. The ceremony celebrated the firm’s most productive professionals nationwide for their achievements in Gross Commission Income (GCI), volume sales, and transactions in 2024.

Hamptons and North Fork Tops Regional Lists
North Fork and Hamptons offices and agents were strongly represented among this year’s winners. The brokerage was ranked #1 brokerage in the Hamptons by The Real Deal in 2024, #1 on the North Fork by units and volume sold, and #1 on all of Long Island in every category, per OneKey MLS.

Leading Hamptons Individual/Team Agents
At the top of the Hamptons market, Thomas Cavallo from the Sag Harbor office received honors as the #1 Individual Agent for both GCI and Sales Volume. Following Thomas were Martha Gundersen (#2) and Paul Brennan (#3), both consistently top producers.
For Teams, the Enzo Morabito Team out of Westhampton Beach was named the #1 Team for GCI, sales volume, and total transactions, further reinforcing the market leader.

Geographical Success in the Number of Transactions and Rentals
For total sales transactions in the Hamptons, Kristy B. Naddell of the Cutchogue office was named the #1 agent, followed by Scott Bennett at #2 and Thomas Cavallo at #3.
In Rentals, Joseph Van Asco received the #1 Rental agent award for GCI, and Dawn Neway received the #1 Rental agent award for transactions. Atlantic Team was named the #1 Rental team for GCI and transactions.

National Recognition Across Douglas Elliman
The Hamptons represented numerous trophies in national points for the best performers in the entire company. Thomas Cavallo was at position #17 according to his GCI performance and at spot #10 by sales volume, while Martha Gundersen was positioned #22 in GCI and #12 in volume. Paul Brennan hit a whopping #13 nationally merely by volume.
Both Eklund | Gomes, captained by Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes, succeeded in reaching the coveted Billion Dollar Club award and became the #1 Mega Team in the U.S. Noble Black & Partners was followed by the Michael Lorber Team at #3 in the large team category, the Scott/Robles Team at #2 in the medium team category, and the Enzo Morabito Team at #13 in the medium team category.
Pinnacle Club and Rookie of the Year Honorees
One of the most extraordinary inductions into the top club reserved for those who earned over $1 million in 2024 was the Pinnacle Club and Rookie of the Year. The Honorees were Paul Brennan, Thomas Cavallo, Erica Grossman, Martha Gundersen, Kristy B. Naddell, the Atlantic Team, the Enzo Morabito Team, and the Michael Lorber Team.
The Rookie of the Year Award for the Hamptons and North Fork was given to Liz Porter of the Westhampton Beach office for her intelligent and wondrous performance in her maiden year with the firm.
Billion Dollar Club
The Billion Dollar Club went to The Eklund | Gomes Team. In the Hamptons, the Eklund | Gomes team is led by Kyle Rosko and Marcy Braun.
