Motorino Mobile Pizza Returns To The Hamptons!
The award-winning Motorino Pizzeria Napoletana is excited to announce they’re returning to the Hamptons for their second season. The custom-built wood-fired pizza trailer is available for on-demand pizza parties and they’re excited to introduce new trailers and packages this season. New for the 2025 season is the Motorino Pasta Mini Truck and Motorino Rosticceria. The new packages make hosting a backyard celebration even more exciting with interactive offerings that will “wow” your guests, leaving them both entertained and full.
Motorino was founded in 2008 by Chef Mathieu Palombino and has opened locations around the world in New York City, Hong Kong, Manila, Singapore, Dubai and Kuala Lumpur. Motorino Mobile offers a full onsite pizza station, complete with refrigeration, tent and lights. Pizza favorites are served with special additions highlighting local fare and bounty from the East End. It’s as close as you’ll get to having a pizzeria in your backyard and is perfect if you’re hosting an intimate gathering at your home, an outdoor wedding at a local vineyard or an end of summer party at your place of business. Chef Mathieu is excited to expand his offerings to now include Pasta Parties and Rosticceria packages for his guests, as well as a full service bar.
Motorino Mobile features Neapolitan-style pizzas topped with fresh, seasonal ingredients and every event is customized and tailored to each customer’s needs. The Motorino Pasta Mini Truck will feature a customized vintage mini truck outfitted with a 4-foot pasta pan capable serving up to 100 guests. Offerings include: Spaghetti ai Frutti de Mare with calamari, shrimp, manila clams and datterini tomatoes; Linguini alle Vongole with freshly shucked local clams, garlic, Chiles, white wine and lemon; and Cavatelli Pugliese with broccoli rabe, fennel pork sausage and fresh chiles. Other pasta dishes including vegan options are available upon advance request. Motorino Rosticceria brings a state-of-the-art French rotisserie to your backyard for a charming Old World feel, roasting organic pasture-raised chickens and carving tableside for your guests. Roasted meats are served with an array of roasted vegetables, vibrant salads and condiments including chimichurri, tarragon dijonnaise, and bearnaise remoulade. Optional add-ons for a Motorino party include: a prosciutto station featuring a Berkel slicer and 24-month DOP Prosciutto di Parma, an Italian gelato cart featuring six artisanal gelato and sorbetto flavors and homemade tiramisu.
