Hamptons food and beverage greats from The 1770 House, Balsam Farms, and Channing Daughters Winery joined together for an exclusive five-course Harvest Wine Dinner at The 1770 House in East Hampton on October 30.
“Chefs often get the accolades, but this occasion was about thoughtful sourcing of ingredients and creating a menu that highlights them. It showcased the talents of Balsam Farms’ Alex Balsam and Ian Calder-Piedmonte, along with Channing Daughters’ winemaker and partner Christopher Tracy. The dinner celebrated my long-standing working relationships with these local legends. It has been my pleasure to be a part of this unique evening,” said 1770 House Chef Michael Rozzi.
