The Hope for Depression Research Foundation Founder and Chair Audrey Gruss will host a free to the public panel discussion on the four pillars of mental health at the Southampton Arts Center on Friday, July 15 from 11 AM to noon.
The panel discussion is curated by HDRF along with Founding Co-Chair of Southampton Arts Center Simone Levinso. It will feature experts in nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, and sleep. Panelists include CEO of the David Lynch Foundation Bob Roth, yoga instructor and author Eddie Stern, Founder and CEO of Spiritune Jamie Pabst, and nutrition expert and coach Ivey Leidy. The panel will be followed by an invitation-only luncheon for Race of Hope committee members in the Southampton Arts Center Garden.
The event is part of the Week of Hope, which will culminate in HDRF’s seventh annual Race of Hope to Defeat Depression, which will take place in Southampton Village on August 7 at 8:30 AM.
