Guests will enjoy a signature Wave Length class, Wave’s first-ever mat class dedicated entirely to recovery. This transformative group session is designed to help you recharge, repair, and feel your best. Experience a thoughtfully sequenced series of full-body stretches, performed on Wave’s cutting-edge PEMF Infrared mats, each packed with advanced wellness technology. Tailor the settings to your specific needs, as the mats deliver a powerful combination of pulsed electromagnetic frequencies, soothing infrared heat, and negative ions.

The class is designed to restore muscle and speed up recovery, ease tension and prevent injury, improve circulation and reboot cellular function, and calm the nervous system while balancing brain waves.

“WAVE was born from a shared passion between Lisa and I to create a space where true healing could happen — physically, emotionally, and energetically. With our combined backgrounds in wellness, design, and healing modalities, we saw an opportunity to build something deeply intentional,” said Stephanie.

Following the class, guests will enjoy a discussion with Stephanie Esposito and Lisa Zaloga of WAVE Wellness, Amanda Duckstein of Shadowbox Pilates, and Andrea Fornarola of Elements Fitness Studio, moderated by Vanessa Steil.

Amanda Duckstein, the founder of ShadowBox Pilates, has been teaching fully comprehensive Pilates for over 14 years across various locations, including Baltimore, Manhattan, Nashville, Westchester, and the Hamptons. In 2024, she opened a studio in Water Mill.

“ShadowBox Pilates’ philosophy is to practice movement in a way that empowers us to be our most authentic selves and to dig deep to honor our own self-confidence. We learn to be the greatest source of magic in our life, which transcends through movement and the mind’s connection to the body. I want my students to feel strong in their bodies, confident in their souls, and believe that they can do anything. Over the years, so many of my students have inspired me to be a better teacher, so I want to inspire them to be the best version of themselves,” said Amanda.

Andrea Fornarola

Andrea Fornarola is the founder of Elements Fitness Studio in Sag Harbor and on the Upper East Side. In addition to being a fitness guru, she is a professional dancer, musical theatre performer, and actor who has been dancing and creating movement patterns since her early childhood.

“I was inspired to start a client-focused studio after working for many years in the fitness and dance Industry. In the early 2000s, the boutique industry was just starting to boom, and I was working a lot in the New York City area and felt the city needed more client-driven studio experience, fostering a deeper connection between client and trainer,” said Andrea. “Our classes are based on our signature Elements Formula, which is a combination of yoga stretches, Pilates core work, and ballet conditioning. We use a special formula based on musical phrasing that groups these exercises together to transform the body. Our classes are intimate and client-focused.”
