0.5 oz Winter Melon Tea Syrup (1 Winter Melon Tea Concentrate : 1 Water)
0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters (optional)
Method
Add the winter melon tea syrup, lime juice and dash of angostura bitters into a glass, stir and top with ice and ginger beer. To garnish add a mint spring and dehydrated lime wheel.
