Selling The Hamptons On Max

Luxury real estate and the glitz of reality television come together once again as “Selling the Hamptons” returns for its second season. The show is set to premiere exclusively on MAX on March 1. The unscripted series follows the exploits of seven top agents from Nest Seekers International as they navigate the realm of multimillion-dollar property dealings within the enclaves of the Hamptons.

Viewers can anticipate a whirlwind of opulent open houses and clashes of egos as these real estate professionals vie for dominance in the market. Among the coveted listings spotlighted this season is a sprawling seven-acre compound nestled in Water Mill, commanding a staggering asking price of $50 million. There is a newly minted 9,700-square-foot estate in Sagaponack boasting lavish amenities, such as a bespoke home theater and a sunken tennis court, listed at $10.495 million.

Filmed against the backdrop of the frenetic 2022 Hamptons real estate market, returning agents from the previous season make a comeback. Viewers can see Mia Calabrese inject the proceedings with her energy and unwavering determination, drawing from her background in hospitality. Meanwhile, Michael Fulfree brings a unique perspective informed by his past life in the fashion industry. Ashley Allen makes her debut as a rookie agent.

Completing the ensemble cast is Peggy Zabakolas, a seasoned broker with over a decade of industry experience at Nest Seekers. Local insider J.B. Andreassi, co-principal of luxury developer Andreassi Development and a Southampton native, relies on his deep-rooted connections to expedite transactions. And then there’s Dylan Eckardt, whose clientele includes luminaries like Mariah Carey.

Navigating the tumultuous waters of the show, Bianca D’Alessio, founder of Nest Seekers’ development marketing division, maintains a stoic demeanor amidst the brewing drama.

In a market characterized by scarcity and soaring demand, the show features the agents as they leverage their expertise and connections to secure lucrative commissions, while business collides with personal dynamics and fortunes are made and lost amidst the pursuit of success.
