Serafina Madison Grand Opening Event

On Tuesday, February 7,  Serafina Group founders Vittorio Assaf and Fabio Granato hosted a grand opening event for their newest location, Serafina Madison.

Located in the NH Collection Hotel, Serafina Madison will feature stand out items such as tableside pasta cooked in a parmesan wheel, freshly tossed table side caesar salad, salt crusted branzino, and a private event space.

Attendees included Saturday Night Live Cast Member Devon Walker, former “Real Housewives of New York” Kelly Bensimon, “New Real Housewives of New York” Cast Member Ubah Hassan, and model Alina Baikova. Guests were treated to champagne, rose, and bites including their signature spicy penne pasta and truffle pizza.

Guests enjoyed performances from Audrey Hepburn and Charlie Chaplin impersonators, as well as the ceremonial cutting of the pasta ribbon with Kevin Kim, the commissioner of the New York City Small Business Services, and Fabrizio Di Michele Consul General of Italy.
